Omantra Infraprojects Limited. was conceived in 1997 as a land banking company. Over the years, we have evolved into an Urban Infrastructure Development Group with planned diversifications into Hospitality.

Through a stretch of time, we have accrued over 3000 acres of land banks, which we hope to develop into prestigious residential, commercial and hotel landmarks. We are fired by an indomitable zeal to achieve what we have committed our hearts and souls to. Our evolution timeframe foresees us consolidating our position as diversified realtors in India, in the next three years. After which we intend to make a niche with forays in International arenas.

Expanding businesses, demanding larger work space, IT/ITES revolution, retail boom, upward surge in requirement of shopping malls & multiplex, has necessitated fresh infrastructure developing activity in India and abroad. We hope to capitalize on these trends and at the same time leave behind a mark of distinction, which bears our signature.
